Joey Mack's Boardwalk Pizza

The Pizza Man!

 

Again as we were on our South Philly pizza quest another place

even more unlikely of me EVER stopping by. 

But sure enough it came highly recommended. 

It doesn't hurt that Joey is part of the family that owns 

the Mack's on Wildwood boardwalk, which I find 

so perfect. So why not. Outside a tab creepy.

Inside even more off putting, but Joey makes it all better.

At a buck a slice this was just like the boardwalks.

But right here in South Philly. Sauce and cheese were harmoniously

necking on a thin crust perfectly cooked. 

What a orgy of pizza goodness in my mouth. 

I will be stopping back here
